BKDF, originally an innovation department, was created to revolutionize banking technology and enhance the digital customer experience. Over time, it merged with the business division to create the Digital Bank Division (D-Bank), with a primary focus on developing innovative solutions to directly improve customer satisfaction.

About the Job

A Creative Director in a Digital Marketing Department leads the creative direction and strategy for digital campaigns. Responsibilities include team leadership, overseeing content creation, managing media campaigns, collaborating across departments, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring cohesive branding. The role requires a bachelor's degree, significant experience in senior creative roles, strong leadership, strategic thinking, excellent communication, and proficiency in analytics.
