About the Digital Marketing Department

In 2019, the Bank of Kigali initiated the Digital Factory (BKDF) as a core component of its digital transformation strategy. BKDF, originally an innovation department, was created to revolutionize banking technology and enhance the digital customer experience. Over time, it merged with the business division to create the Digital Bank Division (D-Bank), with a primary focus on developing innovative solutions to directly improve customer satisfaction.

The digital bank's vision is to revolutionize financial services by providing accessible and efficient banking to everyone, emphasizing trust and easy fund access.
