In 2019, the Bank of Kigali initiated the Digital Factory (BKDF) as a core component of its digital transformation strategy. BKDF, originally an innovation department, was created to revolutionize banking technology and enhance the digital customer experience. Over time, it merged with the business division to create the Digital Bank Division (D-Bank), with a primary focus on developing innovative solutions to directly improve customer satisfaction.

About the Job
As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive traffic to our digital platforms.
